1.  What are the Loyalty points? 

Loyalty points, also known as reward points or bonus points, are a form of incentive offered by LOGO to encourage its customers to make repeat purchases or engage with their products or services regularly. Customers typically earn loyalty points based on their spending or participation in loyalty programs, such as making purchases, or engaging with the company on social media.

2.  How do I earn loyalty points?

First client has to register himself on the loyalty program either in store or on our website. Once register client will get a point on each and every sale made at LOGO. 

 

3.  What are the different tiers in the loyalty program?

4.  What benefits do I get at each tier?

With each spending during a year your category will change from classic to silver and then silver to gold and if your total spending reaches 250,003 + you will get a max loyalty reward @ 15% on each sale after that.

 

5.  How do I redeem my loyalty points?

   Can be redeemed either online or in store.

6.  Do loyalty points expire?

Yes, loyalty point shall expire within 1 year from the date of transaction. 

7.  Can I transfer my loyalty points to someone else?

  No.

8.  How do I check my loyalty point balance?

Customer can check his rewards by visiting our store sharing his registered cell number. At the time of any purchase customer gets an SMS where total points are mentioned.

 9.  Are there any exclusions or limitations on earning loyalty points?

At present redemptions are available only on footwears.
